I served 21 years in the Army where I had the opportunity to be led and lead some of the best humans ever. Throughout my time in the Army, I adapted a servant leadership style that proved successful throughout various leadership echelons. Through fitness and wellness, I have expanded my leadership presence through coaching, personal training, and volunteering with various athletic abilities.
